2.After successfully returning the product, you may submit a shipping reimbursement request form at: https://forms.gle/ohLd5U3td3MtsKgD7

3.The company will provide replacement products in the same or a comparable quantity. For example, if a customer purchases one sack (10 bags) and finds an issue with one bag, the customer may claim that bag, and the company will send a replacement product weighing 1.5 kg.

4.If you require a Certificate of Analysis (COA) or laboratory test results, please allow approximately 7–14 business days for processing. (Processing times are subject to change.)
